3 Easy, Healthy, and Low-Sugar Recipes To Try! 🍴🥙

Hi everyone, welcome to my blog! I'm so excited to be typing my first blog post ever on this new website, this should be a lot of fun. For today, I'm going to be showing you guys how to make some of my favorite recipes that not only are really good, but also are relatively healthy. So, without further ado, let's get started!


Recipe #1 : Morgan's Morning Toast

Ingredients


Whole Wheat Bread

Baby Spinach

Balsamic Vinegar

Olive Oil

Fresh Mozzarella Cheese




Instructions:


This is pretty self-explanatory, but here are the steps I take to make this


  1. Toast the bread

  2. Apply balsamic vinegar and olive oil on the toast

  3. Wash the spinach, add that on top of the toast

  4. Add the mozzarella

  5. Finally, lightly drizzle olive oil on top

  6. Enjoy!


Recipe #2 : The Avo-Mozz Sandwich

Ingredients:


Guacamole

Fresh Mozzarella

Sandwich Roll

Pulled Chicken

(Optional) Spinach


Steps:


  1. Spread the guacamole on the inside of the sandwich roll

  2. Wash the spinach and add it to the bottom bun

  3. Slice and then add the mozzarella

  4. Add the chicken

  5. Repeat until you are satisfied with the height of your sandwich


Recipe #3 : Wild Berry Smoothie Bowl


Ingredients:


Frozen Wild Berry Medley

Orange Juice

Banana

Granola

+ anything else you want as a topping




Steps:

  1. Blend the berries and juice together until it has a thick, sorbet texture

  2. Scoop this into a bowl and add your toppings

Notes:

  • You can use any kind of frozen berries you like, I just chose wild berries for this particular recipe

  • Remember not to add too much liquid when blending or it will have too runny of a texture
